First the shell is built.

Then 3 layers of mat and pure epoxy resin are applied.

Then the jets, drain and skimmer are cut in. Now the ArmorGuard is applied. ArmorGuard comes in five standard colors. Custom colors are available.

The spa is basically done now. The finishing touches can be put in now. The control system for this spa runs the spa pump, an outside gas heater, the waterfall pump and the spa and deck lights.
